The Quality Incharge is responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, inspecting products at various stages of production, and ensuring that all products meet company standards.

This position also involves working with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues, and to develop and implement corrective actions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for all products and processes.
  • Inspect products at various stages of production to identify and correct defects.
  • Ensure that all products meet company standards and customer requirements.
  • Work with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring.
  • Maintain and update quality control records.
  • Train and supervise quality control personnel.
  • Conduct audits of quality control procedures and practices.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest quality control methods and technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI in Machinist Trade.
  • Minimum 35 Years Experience in Manufacturing Company.
  • Good Knowledge of Quality Instruments like Outside/Inside Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Bore Gauge etc.
  • Good Understanding of Drawings.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge MS Office.
  • Willing to Travel extensively.
  • Hard Working, Honest and Passionate to learn.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • Quality systems: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Bahadurgarh, Haryana (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Bahadurgarh, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
