Roles and Responsibilties:

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their HR processes and requirements.
Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client specifications, including Employee Central, Performance Goals, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Succession Planning.
Client facing skills
Indepth knowledge in the below areas:
Should have experience in modules like Employee Central / Payroll / Recruitment / Onboarding / Performance Goal Management / Succession and Planning / Learning management
Hands on in Configuration of respective SuccessFactors module
Should be able to prepare requirements, design and test documents and solution
Should be able to Analyse quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade, coordinating with client and SF / Cloud team.
Should be able to Design for data conversion, interface and reports requirements in SF, implementations
Support and participate in customer implementations and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Interact with Business Function and document the requirements for project.
Follow bestpractices and standards to create the technical design for the implementation based on the Solution Design Document.
Conduct Quality Assurance/ Feasibility services.
Liaison with teams for project delivery bridging the gap for localization knowledge timezone difference.
Work with team to complete implementation / rollout / support projects within budget/time, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and adoption.
Guide and help team members on a variety of topics.
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
