Full Time


Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday


Interview Timings: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Saturday


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Maintain a strong customer service orientation throughout all interactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
  • Utilize company policies and tools to document contact topics and actions taken.
  • Work effectively with team members to provide seamless customer support.
  • Demonstrate clear, polite, and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Escalate customer issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Achieve productivity and quality standards set by the company.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
  • Experience in handling difficult or irate customers effectively.
  • Ability to adjust behavior and communication to accommodate diverse individuals.
  • Professional and positive demeanor.
  • Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.


  • Experience in IT

  • Hardware / Networking is a plus.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
