JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Provide 24x7 operations for network monitoring and management of networks, servers,
met.


  • Knowledge in Azure monitoring tools like App Insights, AppD, Crashlytics.
Reporting Tool - Adobe Analytics, Grafana, Qualtrics user journey


  • ITIL process knowledge - Event generation, correlation, incident creation, basic
troubleshooting as per SOP and good working knowledge in SNOW (ITSM) tool.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
