Roles and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
  • Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and grievances
  • Act as intermediaries between property sellers and prospective buyers to broker property deals
  • Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales
  • Reaching the targets and setting goals, establishing, maintaining, and expanding the client base.
  • Visiting potential customers for new business

Requirements:


  • Any graduate with 3 years of experience in marketing preferably in Real Estate
  • Must have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, a pleasant personality and an analytical bent of mind.
  • Must be a selfmotivated team player who can get the best out of his team members.
  • Good knowledge in Computer like MS office, Internet

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chakkaraparambu Rd Vennala, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
