Customer Support Executive - Pune, India - Ugaoo Agritech Pvt Ltd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call/Escalate/Follow up with customer were necessary.
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
- Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
- Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.
- Strong problemsolving abilities along with Strong multitasking and time management/Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information on product features, order status, and provide postsales handholding
- Address customer complaints with empathy and provide quick and effective resolution as per company policies. Will be responsible for ensuring customer happiness throughout the process of ordering.
- Coordinate crossfunctionally with internal departments to resolve customer grievances and special requests.
- Ensure you're there with the customer every step of the way.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
- Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month

- Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
