Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer at InfluCon Digitals, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports our digital marketing efforts and enhances our clients' online presence.

You will work on various design projects, including social media posts, logo design, banner and poster designs, branding and packaging materials, and potentially video editing and UI/UX design.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content:

Design engaging and eye-catching social media posts for both us and our clients, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

Logo Design:
Develop unique and memorable logos that represent our clients' brand identities and resonate with their target audience.

Banners and Posters:

Create visually appealing banners and posters for online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring they communicate the intended message effectively.

Branding and Packaging:
Design and maintain consistent branding materials, including business cards, brochures, packaging, and other promotional collateral.

Video Editing (preferred): Edit videos for promotional purposes, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

UI/UX Design (preferred): If you have experience in UI/UX design, you may be involved in enhancing the user experience of websites and digital products.

Requirements:

Experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficient in Canva Designing.
Proficiency in industrystandard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
Familiarity with current design trends and best practices.
Experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects or Figma design (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary:
₹6, ₹10,000.00 per month
