Description
Manage the maintenance, preparation and routing of purchase orders

  • Prepare accurate bills of loading
  • Satisfy bills in a timely manner
  • Communicate with transport lines to ensure prompt pickup and delivery of shipments
  • Arrange sameday deliveries whenever possible
  • Review purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility
  • Track and analyze missshipments to ensure they don't occur again
  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
  • Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
  • Team handling
Education - Diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Experience - 2 to 4 years in customer service or logistics management a must.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Inventory maintenance experience a plus
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹8, ₹25,000.00 per month
