  • Job role & responsibility: Handle inbound calls of US customers and resolve their queries
  • Shift timings: 24/7 rotational shifts with 2 weekly rotational offs (5 days working a week)
  • Salary bracket
    :₹15,000/_ to
    ₹18,000/_ for Freshers &
    ₹23,000/_ to
    ₹30,000/_ for Experienced.
  • Perks & benefits:_
  • Pick or drop facility provision/ Travelling allowance worth
    ₹3,500/_:
  • Additional pay: Variable incentive of
    ₹2,750/_ + Basic incentives + Over time pay + Performance bonus + PF etc.
