Job Description:
WeHire Talent Solutions is excited to announce a fantastic work-from-home opportunity with FIS (Fidelity National Information Services). We are looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Support Executives.
In this role, you will handle customer queries and provide effective solutions, contribute to our FinTech process, and deliver exceptional customer service through a US voice process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and concerns.
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate and efficient solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain highquality service standards.
- Work 24/7 shift, with any two rotational days off.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
- Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree are also welcome to apply.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Techsavvy and comfortable using computer systems.

Work from Home Arrangement (WAHA) with Pan-Mumbai Hiring:
This position offers a work-from-home arrangement, and the company will provide the necessary system for the role.
HSC with 6 months of
on-paper experience in any domain is mandatory.
Graduate freshers are welcome.
