Primary Tasks & Activities:_

1. Updating Sales, Purchase & Stock registers

Updating Outgoing Sales Register
Date, Client, product, quantity, packing details.
Updating Incoming Material Register to record details of material received (Raw material, Finished Products, Packing material)
Date, Supplier, product, quantity, packing details.
Updating Store Acquisition register to record details of daily production and Raw material consumption.
Updating Master Stock Register based on Raw Material received & consumed and Finished Product production & dispatch.
Updating Packaging register based on consumption and receipt of fresh packing material.
Updating stock journal in Tally for Finished Product & Relabelled material.

2. Other tasks

A

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate preferably in Commerce.
24 years experience in data entry or administration, preferably in Chemical / Specialty Chemicals / Personal Care products.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
