Responsibilities
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly target
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
- Handling sales over the phone entirely.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree preferred with 1 + years experience
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Good Negotiation and problemsolving skills.
Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
