About Businessline/Function:


ISPL Central Project & Porfolio Office is an extended onshore team caters to the senior management of Central Project office.

L1 Clarity support to Central & L2 support for CIB ITO Worldwide for Resource Management. Activities also includes End of Month reports, QA activities, Dashboard & KPI's preparation for Sr Managment.

Position Purpose:


Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the team's goal.


Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities:


  • Resource Management in Clarity Tool
  • Complete resource management process in Clarity tool; Onboarding Global teams.
  • Overseeing loading budgets and forecast figures into Clarity to ensure controlled tracking and processing of expenses in liaison with other Finance teams.
  • Reconciliations of HC figures between Clarity and CDG on monthly basis.
  • Quick turnaround on queries of senior management and onshore CPO team
  • Assisting/ Accountable the manager in preparing Dashboard's, KPI's to Sr managemnet
  • QA's to be handle and to ensure the quality of data in Clarity.
  • Sharepoint knowledge will be added advantage
  • Monthly reconciliation of invoiced costs and budgets and provide a variance commentary
  • Responding to queries from Global PO's and onshore team within TAT
  • Train APAC reosurces on Clarity,Resource workflow ProcessSupport the team in other PMO activities
