Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs.
  • Analyze clients' financial situations, lifestyles, and risk profiles to determine appropriate coverage.
  • Understand policy terms, conditions, and exclusions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Prospect for potential clients through networking, referrals, and other leadgeneration methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to assess changing needs.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • State insurance license.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Goaloriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
