Description
1.To provide high customer satisfaction by making sure that the customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company and to promote business growth by expanding the customers.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines at all levels.
- Responsible to achieve sales targets as per monthly plan.
- To promote value-added services and generate additional revenue for the company.
- Plan for sales promotional activities and ensure a substantial number of enquiries are generated such that the desired number of cars are sold for the month.
- Frequently upgrade the Hyundai / Competitor products in the market and enhance self-knowledge and tactfully convert the enquiry into sales.
- Enhance the brand image of Chandra through exceptional customer service and ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
