Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the accounts receivables and accounts payable functions, Review and analyze vendor contracts, purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies
  • Oversee the accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Coordinating with Head Office and making timely payments, well versed with the GST policies & practices.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to facilitate seamless financial transactions, resolve discrepancies, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Preparation of monthly variances statements and analysis, Audit Schedules & MIS statements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to foster positive interactions and streamline financial processes.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounts management to enhance departmental performance.
  • Assisting the management in Technical / Accounting Issues, participation in various projects like Balance Sheet Review.
  • Bachelors / Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 5+ Years of hands on experience in accounts receivables and accounts payable management preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Profound knowledge of accounting standards, financial principles, regulations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial software(Familiar with ERP environment, preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite( Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with meticulous attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
