Associate Styling:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understands a brand ethos and executes shoots accordingly
  • Well versed with varied lighting, background set ups and overall styling language for multiple brands
  • Ensure that the imagery selected is in line with the guidelines
  • Explain guidelines to hair and makeup artists
  • Provide feedback to Junior stylists on functional aspects
  • Undertakes special projects and ensure end to execution of the same
  • Decisively troubleshoots styling challenges onset using knowledge of visual brand
  • Analyzes studio productivity and develops and implements process improvements
  • Assists with creating training and SOP materials
Qualifications & Experience

Relevant Experience: - 6 years

  • Should be a team player
  • Adherence to timelines
Functional Competencies

  • Should be uptodate with current fashion trends
  • An eye for style and attention to detail
  • Should be able to work under high pressure without compromising on quality

  • Take ownership of tasks assigned and should ensure smooth functioning of the studio
