International Customer Support Executive - Ahmedabad, India - Infinnity Solution
Description
Handle all queries/grievances efficiently and resolve customer queries received through our social media pages and provide satisfactory resolution.- Recognize leads and forward it to Operations or Ecom team.
- Diligently maintain a record of all the instances and unique queries received through our social pages in Excel through the CRM software (Engati).
- Manage and Coordinate with different departments to resolve and close a customer's case effectively.
- Stay updated on Product knowledge as per the current season & collections
Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
