JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Jr. Lecturer and Asst. Lecturer in Commerce (B.Com Stream)

and hard of hearing.

TEACH was started in the year 2016 with the vision to "build an equitable ecosystem for

students with speech & hearing impairment."

TEACH has evolved into a high quality Higher Educational Institute that operates with its

own unique model. It focusses on Holistic Developmental Model that understands special

student needs that go beyond a college degree to investing in making them truly

independent, confident while giving them a chance to develop special skills and interests

that they may have. The impact outcomes are design on the 4 pillars of development

like Technology and Digital skills ) and Attitudes & Behavioural Growth, All Round

Development.


Key Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for Commerce courses.
  • Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of instructional strategies to
promote active participation and critical thinking.


  • Deliver quality instruction that effectively communicates complex economic
concepts.


  • Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to measure student
understanding and progress, providing timely feedback to support growth and

achievement.


  • Develop a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel
valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.


  • Integrate technology and real-world examples into lessons.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of economics and educational best
practices.


  • Maintain accurate records of academic performance, attendance and other relevant
data.


  • Generate and analyse reports to assess the effectiveness of academic programs.

Key Competencies:


  • Subject knowledge
  • Pedagogical skills
  • Basic MS knowledge
  • Classroom management
  • English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Indian Sign Language preferred.

Pay:
₹480, ₹540,000.00 per year
