FMCG Salesman

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and other customers within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand the company's customer base.
Conduct regular visits to customer locations to assess product availability, merchandising, and promotional activities.
Provide product information, pricing, and promotional support to customers to facilitate sales transactions.
Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and best practices in FMCG sales to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
Collect due amount from customers and deposit it regularly based on their modes

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Flexible schedule to accommodate customer visits and business needs.
