About Job:

Roles and responsibilities:

You will be creating evaluation strategies for various projects in each individual module.
You will be responsible for resolving any queries or problems that the students face while doing the course work and conducting virtual boot camps in the field of CS/IT.
You will be managing the existing courses by evaluating each individual course's performance and suggesting improvements and implementing them.
You will be responsible for providing support material for the course in the form of written documents or videos.
You will be working with a team of highly qualified, engineers to train students on specific skillsets
You will be responsible for researching the latest trends in the CS/IT domain, and exploring possibilities for the development of courses.
You will be interacting with industrial experts and getting them on board for the development of courses.
You will be responsible to evaluate the work done by the student and provide constructive feedback.
You will be responsible for developing the skill required to crack an interview for a student

Technical Expertise:

Basic Knowledge of Programming Languages Like Javascript, Python, HTML, CSS.
Experience working with Software development Tools.
Understand the working of the development methods in the industry: Fullstack, backend, and front end.

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Be a highly motivated selfstarter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
Be willing to take charge/responsibility and work towards completing the goal.
Have prior experience in teaching/training as a student/fresher/working professional.
Team player able to connect to members of various roles in the organization.
An analytical mindset, research, and exploration skills.
Identify opportunities for improvement and takes the initiative with a positive attitude.
