**Experience:- **0-2 years' experience as Field Sales Recovery Executive or similar position.
Ability to Manage and coordinate
Due and Risk Customer Management
Get the details of due customers, call and follow up with the client daily, visit at least 10-15 customers in a day and update the complete daily summary report to the senior manager.
Get the details about the risk/case customers in the beginning of every month, call and meet them, if they are not responding, get the help from the reporting officer for settlement and collection.
If the customer shows default in the regular repayment, based on the information from the sales and operations department, coordinate with the senior officer for sending the company notice to the customers.
Ensure visiting the customer home for follow up and settlement, thereby ensure increase in the due, also if not, plan for the Cheque presentation with the help of reporting officer.
Payment verification Monitoring
Do the verification directly in the cases of below 5000 outstanding payment, and ensure that the verification is purely checking the previous status vs the present status of the customers.
Ensure that all the payments are rereleased only after the verification report is submitted to the reporting officer; ensure that all verifications are on the basis of the details of the client and surety.
Route Checking
Every month before 5th, complete random route checking through coordinating with ABM/BRM/BM and collection executives.
Report any mismatches when compare with the system and passbook and update it to the reporting officer.
Reporting
Daily report to the senior through MIS, ensure that all the fields are completely filled and updated as per the instruction.
