Summary:


The person will be responsible for keeping all partnership accounts active and continuously engaging with them to identify business as well as brand-building opportunities.

The role requires an in-depth understanding of Rezo's business model and the ability to formulate and execute a plan to get relevant opportunities


Responsibilities:


Partnership Identification:

  • Research and identify potential partners that align with the company's values, target audience, and business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify innovative partnership opportunities

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals with partners

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial
  • Draft and review contracts, working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with company policies

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze the performance of partnership campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization to enhance the effectiveness of partnerships

Brand Representation:

  • Represent the company professionally in external meetings, events, and networking opportunities
  • Ensure that brand messaging and values are consistently communicated through partnerships

Qualification Criteria (Skills):


  • Proven experience in partnership marketing, business development, account management, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and impactful partnership campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience of 12 years in partnership marketing or business development roles

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms
  • Experience in B2B marketing/ account management
  • Familiarity with the technology or SaaS industry
