Responsibilities and Duties.
- Setting budgets for revenues & costs & exceeding performance through better selling & costcontrol.
- Perform cash, quality & inventory audits.
- Hiring, retaining & maintaining the most motivated, high performing sales team instore.
- Work with marketing team to innovate & execute on marketing strategies to improve sales.
- Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.
- Work towards maintaining high quality standards, setting optimum inventory controls.
Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Experience:
- total work: 4 years (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)
