TheResponsibilitiesoftheInpatient PRE includethefollowing:
Ø Over all Co-ordination ofactivities onthefloor.

Ø To Co-ordinate requirementsofpatientsandtheattendantsduringhospital stay withtheNursing,Dietary,HouseKeeping andSecuritystaff.

Ø Toensurethatpatient'srequirementsatthetimeofadmissionand dischargearemetandthattheirstayinthehospitaliscomfortableandhassle free.

Ø Toensure smoothconduct ofadmissionanddischarge procedures.

Ø Tobriefthepatientandtheattendantabouttheservicesandthefacilities availableinthehospital andtheprocedureforfollowupafter discharge.

Ø Tointeractwithinsurancecelltoensurethatthepatientdoesnot have anyproblemrelatingtoinsurancesettlement.

Ø TointeractwithIPBillingand clarifyaboutanydoubt regarding billingand alliedrequirements.

Ø Toensurethatdischargesummaryishandedovertothepatientwhile leaving, if not(exceptinthecase of insurancepatient)to ensurethatthepatientleavesthehospitalwithavalid discharge note.

Ø Toco-ordinatewithnursingstafftoensure thatallinvestigationsandreportsarehandedovertothepatientsatthetimeof dischargeandobtainanacknowledgementfromthepatient(exceptinMLC cases where documents are senttoMRD).

Ø Tocoordinateandensurethattheintrahospitaltransferofpatientsis carriedwithoutdelayor discomfort.

Ø To interact with other Floor Coordinators and carryout proactive measuresto achievezero error inpatientrequirements.

Ø Tocounsel thepatientandattendantas andwhenrequired.

Ø To undertakeappropriate and proactiveactiondeemedfittoprotectthe interestsofpatientandhospital.

Ø Tocoordinateandensuresafetyandsecurityofpatients,attendantsand visitors.

Ø FollowtheDepartmental Protocols /Procedures

Ø Tocarryout anyothertask assignedbyhigher authority.

Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
