Description

Responsibilities:


  • Onboard clients by getting relevant information and following the SOP diligently.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Be the touchpoint between the client and the development team
  • Escalate issues to the right person in a timely manner.
  • Identify client needs and help customers use specific features
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Retain clients and maintain strong relationships with them

Work-from-Office, headquartered at Gachibowli,




CTC:
2 LPA - 3.5 LPA (negotiable)


Requirements:


  • Basic understanding of B2B and SaaS
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Following the Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Keeping the clients engaged through the onboarding process and after
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases

Salary:
₹200, ₹350,000.00 per year
