Customer Success Executive - Hyderabad, India - FrugalTesting
Description
Responsibilities:
- Onboard clients by getting relevant information and following the SOP diligently.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Be the touchpoint between the client and the development team
- Escalate issues to the right person in a timely manner.
- Identify client needs and help customers use specific features
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Follow up with clients to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Retain clients and maintain strong relationships with them
Work-from-Office, headquartered at Gachibowli,
CTC:
2 LPA - 3.5 LPA (negotiable)
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of B2B and SaaS
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Following the Standard Operating Procedure.
- Keeping the clients engaged through the onboarding process and after
- Multitasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
Salary:
₹200, ₹350,000.00 per year
