Kosta Shipping is a dynamic and rapidly growing Shipping & Freight Forwarding company committed to delivering excellence in Coastal / Domestic Shipping.

With a strong presence in the market, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and skilled Operation Executive.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the deployment of a fleet of 50 trucks for domestic and coastal shipping.
Ensure efficient scheduling to achieve faster turnaround of trucks.
Develop and implement processes to minimize idle time and maximize truck utilization.
Coordinate with drivers and loading teams to ensure seamless operations.
Implement strategies to enhance communication and collaboration for efficient movement of trucks.
Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in turnaround times.
Generate reports on key performance indicators related to fleet operations.
Analyse data to identify trends and make datadriven decisions for process improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing a fleet of trucks, domestic and coastal shipping industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Language Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, loading teams, and other stakeholders in Hindi.
The ability to communicate in Hindi and Tamil is crucial for coordinating daytoday operations and ensuring clear communication with all team members.

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
