What you'll do:

In your role, you will be working on planning, preparing, executing, and evaluating tests in the area of S/4HANA & IBP Cloud Delivery.

This comprises tests of operations procedures like system provisioning, upgrades and updates, monitoring backup and restore procedures.

You will work on enabling different infrastructure layers like GCP or ACP as well as SAP's own Converged Cloud Infrastructure.

You will follow up incidents and problems and give feedback to development and operations. Documenting these processes will round up your area of work. Continuous Improvement will be part of the ongoing tasks.

What you bring:

4+ years of overall experience in Cloud Operations or Software Development
2+ years of experience in SAP System Administration
2+ years of experience around Lifecycle Management is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
Good knowledge in at least one cloud infrastructure
Know the SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA Implementation end to end
Expert Knowledge in System Administration of ABAP and HANA based products
Basic Knowledge in ITIL
Knowledge in Support and Maintenance process
Preferred: Programming skills, including ABAP and a scripting language
Knowledge in SAP's cloud solutions is a plus
Knowledge in NW BASIS and HANA DB Administrator
Installing and upgrading (support packs and enhancement packs) DB and ABAP
Performance tuning and advanced troubleshooting
Integrations, Provisioning, Software change, Monitoring, Security configuration handson and implementation experience
Ability to proactively work with business and service providers to identify and resolve systemic process and/or service delivery issues within and affecting the SAP environment
Project management skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Interpersonal skills: team player, proactive networking, results and execution focus, motivated to work in an international and intercultural environment
High service and customer orientation
Audience oriented presentation skills (e.g. system administrators)
Good oral and written communication skills in English
