Person Specification- Diploma in Electrical /ITI (Gender Male ) with 34 years experience in handling the maintenance service of high rise buildings (Flats )
- KSA's (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Knowledge in handling the maintenance work of HT/LT, basic operation of WTP,STP,HNS system and Swimming pool.
- Basic knowledge in Lift operation and Fire Protection system
- Experience in handling the routine Preventive maintenance activities to be followed in high rise buildings.
- Good in addressing client complaints and customer handling.
