Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


Production Oversight:


  • Supervise all aspects of the production process, including assembly, testing, and quality control.
  • Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with production team members to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and components to ensure adequate supply for production.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize production delays.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements within the production department.
  • Implement Lean manufacturing principles and best practices to streamline operations and maximize productivity.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
