Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and plans for commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixeduse developments.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints, and translate them into innovative design solutions.
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and construction phases to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance reviews to monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Professional license (RA) preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial architecture, with a focus on office buildings, retail spaces, or similar projects.
  • Experience in commercial interiors is must.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
  • Strong design sensibility and ability to generate creative solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and practicality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay:
Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
