The role of operations generalists is to coordinate with the activities of the program team and based on the flexibility of the individual various tasks will be assigned.

Initial week you will spend time with each function and then.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talking to team members and various stakeholders to derive insights, feedback and learnings.
Identifying and setting up analytics on right data. Analyze it to deliver actionable insights.
Understanding the behavior and gathering insights to suggest improvements in the process.
Define the key metrics of different functions and make sure they are being completed as per the set targets.
