Description
Ø Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

Ø Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction progress of the project on site.


Ø Coordinate with the project management team to formulate the most cost-effective plans and implement the execution of this plan afterward.

Ø Ensure all changes to specifications, jobs scope and drawings are documented and updated.

Ø Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives

Ø Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

Ø Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve

Ø Help prepare budgets and Supervise the project procurement process


Ø Preparing Presentation to the management on quarterly basis on the assigned projects for time management, cost management and productivity of the project.

Ø Oversee project procurement management

Ø Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

Ø Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

Ø Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Ø Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Ø Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings., Reconciliation statement, Daily progress report and final bills

Ø Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. time frames, financials, outcomes

Ø Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Ø Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines

Ø Create a project management c requuestedalendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
