Guest Relationship Executive (Female)
Experience : 0 to 2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all members, guests, and visitors.
- Act as a point of contact for members and provide support in resolving any issues or concerns.
- Develop relationships with members and build community through events, activities, and initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to member feedback on social media platforms.
- Manage membership database and ensure accuracy of information.
- Track and report key metrics related to member satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Events, and Facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Pay:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
