Job Overview:


As a Key Account Executive within our Key Account Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business's growth and retention within the healthcare/banking/fintech] sector.

Your expertise in the domain will enable you to understand the nuanced needs of our clients, facilitating upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring the highest levels of customer success.

You will be instrumental in inside sales, conducting risk assessments and mitigation strategies, and liaising with vendors to meet sales objectives.

Your role will require a blend of strategic account management, sales acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain and expand our client relationships


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the [healthcare/banking/fintech] sector, understanding their needs and business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling within existing accounts to maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure clients achieve their strategic goals, leading to high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct risk assessments for key accounts, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the business and client trust.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring the company's and clients' needs are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Engage with vendors and partners to fulfill sales and service commitments to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics, preparing reports on account status, and presenting to leadership teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Executive, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role, specifically within the [healthcare/banking/fintech] sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and Clevel.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions and in creating longlasting relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
  • Deep understanding of [healthcare/banking/fintech] industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Need to demonstrate expertise in the [healthcare/banking/fintech] domain and account management experience.
