- Leadthe development and execution of the product strategy for lenderpartnerships across multiple geographies lead design of amultiplatform repayment engine and ensure alignment with thecompanys overall objectives and vision.
- Buildand maintain strong relationships with existing and potentiallender partners negotiating partnership agreements and ensuringmutual success.
- Collaborate crossfunctionallywith engineering design marketing sales and other teams to driveproduct development integrations and gotomarketstrategies.
- Define product requirementsprioritise features and manage the product roadmap to deliverhighimpact solutions that meet the needs of lenders andborrowers.
- Analyse market trends competitivelandscape and customer feedback to identify opportunities forinnovation and differentiation.
- Drive theintegration of thirdparty systems APIs and data sources to enhancethe functionality and scalability of our repaymentsuite.
- Monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) track product metrics and iterate on features andfunctionalities to optimise performance and userexperience.
- Act as a subject matter expert onlender partnerships integrations payout loan management andrepayment solutions providing guidance as well as support tointernal teams along externalstakeholders.
- Bachelorsdegree in business finance computer science or a related field; MBAor advanced degree preferred.
- Must have atleast 3 yrs in Loan Management Systems and Origination Systems ORworked for scaling Lending / LoanProducts.
- Proven track record of successfullymanaging partnerships integrations and product launches in thefintech lending domain.
- Strong understanding oflending products payout payment processing and financialtechnologies (FinTech).
- Excellent communicationnegotiation and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability toinfluence and collaborate across teams andstakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with adatadriven and customercentric approach to productmanagement.
- Experience working in agiledevelopment environments and using tools such as JIRA Confluence orsimilar.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddynamic startup environment and drive results in a rapidly evolvingindustry landscape.
- The individual should becomfortable working in ambiguity and is expected to takeinitiatives for scale.
