Call Center Executive Responsibilities are:
- Manage Both inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Target oriented incentives
- Only Day shifts

₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
