Your key responsibilities:

- _Timely completion of External/Internal Audit Teams, SOX processes to avoid any Delays or Escalations related to Non-compliance. _
- _Support DR (Disaster Recovery) Test. _
- _Liaising with business stakeholders on product enhancement, version upgrades, new requirement and getting them implemented while closing working with the deployment teams. _
- _Work Closely with Technical Information Security officer on items related to IT Security and other governance topics. _
- _Managing software licenses, security certificates and contracts with service providers. _
- _

Change Management:
Production Change Review and Impact Analysis. _
- _Responsible for Access Management (Perform User and role recertification on a frequent basis) and other infra related topics

Your skills and experience:
- _
Minimum Total Experience Required: 6 Years _
- _Knowledge of IT Service Management. Hands-on ITIL experience is a Plus. _
- _

Tools Used:
Jira, HP ALM, Confluence & other server monitoring tools. _
- _Basic Technical capabilities and infrastructure knowledge (e

g:
Java, Oracle database, PL/SQL, Weblogic, Linux) _
- _Good to have if some technical background required, experience in Java Enterprise environment with knowledge of web
- servers is a plus. _

- _Good to have: _

- _Understanding of Automated Deployment & CI: GIT, Maven, Artifactory, Jenkins, Teamcity etc _
- _experience on Google Cloud is desirable but not mandatory (On Job Learning) _
- _Experience of working together with Agile/Scrum teams _

- _Flexibility & Adaptability: ability to control multiple assignments and prioritizing them and adjusting to suit with real condition and assignments. _
