Description
1. Responsible for the day-to-day Nursing work of a hospital.


  • To coordinate the actions of all departments and ensure they function properly.
  • Direct, administer, and coordinate nursing activities of the hospital in accordance with the assigned policies, goals,
objectives and Polices set by hospital.


  • Look after the day-to-day nursing activity in the hospital and carry out tasks assigned by the Management.
  • Responsible for the all nursing care in ward, ICU, ER, OT, Cathlab, Dialysis and in Ambulance.
  • Interact with patients & addressing their requests/ issues and provide the highest quality of safe patient care.
  • Ensure smooth operations and management of the patient services, systems and administrative needs with end to
end closures of all the day to-day nursing operational issues in co-ordination with the other services as applicable.


  • Maintain quality control of entire clinical operations nursing work right from Patient admission to discharge. i.e
Entire Patient Life cycle.


  • Responsible for nursing staff - Take care of the personnel requirements of the departments with regards to staff
selection, development, deployment;
- (Roster making for the team and ensuring that staff requirements are met

round the clock. ) performance review, absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures.


  • Key member for formulation of Internal and External short term/ long term strategic plans to enhance nursing
operations.


  • Conceptualize and implementation of regulations to maintain good nursing services of the hospital.
  • Ensure proper Implementation of NABH SoPs, Protocols, Adherence to Customer Centricity management SOP and
quality assurance.


  • Arranging nursing duty list and shared with management on weekly basis.
  • Arranging training and induction of nursing staff, quality improvement program for better patient care.
  • Prepare weekly duty, Monthly duty entry in spine HR software and share with HR for salary and overtime payment.
  • Coordinate and maintain ICN work and prepare report and submit to management.
  • Prepare all NABH related reports month wise and submit it in management.
  • Taking interview for new staff selection with HR.
  • Develop and conduct hospitals internal quality audit program / Quality Calendar and assess improvement initiatives
resulting from all Quality Audits.


  • Conduct, monitor activity for improving in area like quality of service, infection control and patient care.
  • Coordinate and support in organizing corporate camp and other events for marketing activities at the branch.
  • Responsible for IT training on HMIS and HIS software, user rights and responsibilities etc.
  • Prepare MIS for the Hospital and submitting to the TOP management / Preparation of various dashboard
  • Flexible duty hours shift and Sunday duty (rotations)
  • Accountable and responsible for maintaining registers, inventories, sub stores, crash carts and equipment used in
day to day transactions across all areas.


  • Ensure submission of MRD files within 72 hours after discharge the patients after cross check and signature of
verification / completion of documentations.


  • Weekly, Monthly quarterly surveillance activities and maintaining and accountable for infection control standards
across the hospital including BMW segregation as per protocol.


  • Prepare working SOP as per NABH guidelines and BIMS policy.
  • Prepare documents & checklist as per NABH.
  • Nursing staff training.

₹8, ₹51,824.34 per month
