Description
Pre sales Support of the lead

Should be able to handle customers verbally and nonverbally.

Should be answering all the inbound calls coming from our Company customer support numbers.

Should be replying to all the customer queries in WhatsApp/Mail/ SMS etc (Mostly WhatsApp).

Should be proactive to understand the services of the company and pitch the customer in large extent.

Should be experienced in using CRMs. Update comments after discussing with customer and tag right sales SPOC after every call/conversation
