Duties and Responsibilities


Ø Provide day to day management of the Central Stores with responsibility for day to day stores activity such as Receipt, issue, storage, inventory management, maintain store records, etc.

Ø Daily management of the overall material stores and listing the requirements to maintain minimum stock value.

Ø Regular monitoring the material management, availability, minimum stock values.

Ø Maintaining record of in and out materials and machine.

Ø Periodic physical stock verification of the stores from time to time and annual stock verification.

Ø Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance

Ø Machine material issue, Courier packing, Courier dispatches, Machine dispatches, Loading / unloading


Minimum Job Requirements
Ø Any Graduate; at least 1-2 years of experience directly related to the duties & responsibilities specified.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Ø Multitasking. As highlighted earlier, a retail manager has to don multiple hats in their job

Ø Time management.
