Job Title

Manager, Customer Delivery/implementation


Overview:

  • Responsible for the program and project management and timely delivery of products and services to customers
  • Partners with the sales teams and GPI to ensure clear and required solution definition for the client with a proposed implementation plan
  • Acts as the knowledge expert on the market technology infrastructure for all stakeholders
  • Supports release management process towards clients for technology updates
  • Acts as focal point for customer support issues and for internal technology issues which need to be addressed to the market

Role:

  • May lead complex customer delivery projects in assigned market to ensure the achievement of project objectives, ontime delivery and revenue goals are met
  • Resolves and troubleshoots complex technical/business operational issues for customers
  • Maintains ownership and account updates on escalated tickets until the issue is resolved
  • Performs high level reviews for assigned accounts on a regular basis
  • Assists in the development of high quality business operational plans to facilitate partnership execution
  • Executes analytics and quantitative analysis to measure progress and success of initiatives
