Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitmentrelated activities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and involved in the process.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding international recruitment, visas, work permits, and other legal requirements.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Generate reports and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination, preferably with a focus on international recruitment.
- Knowledge of international employment laws, visa regulations, and cultural considerations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for recruitment and data management.
- Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous, depending on the regions being recruited from.
Pay:
₹9, ₹25,000.00 per month
