6+Yrs of SAP experience in implementing Compensation Management and variable pay

  • End to end experience in compensation and variable cycle plan
  • Should have strong experience in implementing Success Factors Compensation and Variable Pay modules and HR business processes for customers
  • Utilizing your knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation Variable Pay to help your clients maintain and optimize their system to fully realize their return on investment and improve HR processes and efficiencies
  • Hands on experience in the integration points with PMGM Employee Central and employee profile is must
  • Deep expertise in following areas Configure Compensation plan template s
  • Configure Compensation forms design worksheets Launch of compensation forms
  • Configuring Business Rules Designing Custom and Standard compensation letters statements Manage changes in Compensation Reports Manage Reward statements configurations
  • Manage variable pay forms configurations
  • Must have good experience in designing the functional and technical solutions
  • Mandatory to know integration with Employee Central and PMGM modules Directs and creates system support tools process documentation training for the system etc
