  • Work Experience:

06 months -1 yr as Front Office / Receptionist / Office Assistant OR
FRESHER CAN APPLY (BBA, MBA will prefer):


  • Qualification:
  • Any Graduate (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA)

Job Profile:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling
  • 0 access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
  • Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper netiquettes and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.
