Description
We are looking for a qualified Female Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through calls.
- Should be comfortable with both
- Inbound and Outbound voice process.
- Manage and drive sales team target and performance
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 13 years' experience in outbound voice process.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Should have Computer skills, MS Office.
Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
