Description

Responsibilities:

Supervises daily work flow of a small team by assigning projects and Tracking deliverables.
Applies good knowledge of technical and professional principles, concepts, and in depth knowledge of team objectives as they pertain to Ops Accounting.
Direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided through activities performed by the team. Oversees the accounting activity related multiple operations within the business and the maintenance of the General ledger.
Typically Responsible for identifying and resolving basic/routine problems with broader departmental impact within established procedures.
Responsible for monitoring quantity and quality of work and providing feedback to subordinates on performance.

Qualifications:

02 years of experience in an accounting role with limited experience in people management.

Education:

Bachelors degree
