Role Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring exceptional user experience across various digital platforms.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and translate them into engaging design solutions.

Responsibilities:

User Research and Analysis:

Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user behaviors and preferences.
Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the existing user experience.

UI/UX Design:

Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, userfriendly, and consistent with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and seamless implementation of designs.

Information Architecture and Navigation:

Create information architecture and user flows to optimize the structure and organization of digital products.
Design intuitive navigation systems that guide users through complex workflows and interactions.

Interaction Design:

Define interaction models, animations, and transitions to enhance user engagement and interactivity.
Ensure consistency and coherence in interaction design patterns across different screens and devices.

Usability Testing and Iteration:

Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on prototypes and iterate designs based on user insights.
Continuously refine and improve designs based on user feedback, usability findings, and industry best practices.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical requirements.
Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively, and advocate for usercentered design principles within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Proven experience (23 years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
Solid understanding of usercentered design principles, usability principles, and interaction design best practices.
Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to crossfunctional teams.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.

Additional Skills (preferred):

Experience with frontend development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and responsive web design.
