ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR
We Are Seeking A Highly Motivated And Enthusiastic Tele Caller To Join Our Team.
As A STUDENT COUNSELLOR, You Will Be Responsible For Making Outbound Calls To Potential Students Who Are Interested In our courses.
Your Main Goal Will Be To Provide Them With Information About Our Educational Programs, Answer Their Questions, And Encourage Them To Enroll In Our Courses.
Responsibilities:
- Make Outbound Calls To Potential Students And Provide Them With Information About Our Educational Programs
- Answer Incoming Calls From Prospective Students And Provide Them With Relevant Information About Our Courses And Services
- Schedule Appointments For Interested Students To Meet With Our Team
- Follow Up With Students Who Have Shown Interest In Our Courses And Provide Them With Additional Information As Required and convert them to the enrolled students
- Keep Accurate Records Of All Student Interactions And Update Our Database With Relevant Information
- Achieve Monthly Target For Number Of Calls Made And Appointments Scheduled
Salary:
₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Academic counseling: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
