Project DELTA's vision aligns to a well-managed financial crime function and is also driven by regulatory obligations such as BCBS239 (Risk Data) and CPG235 (Data Risk).

Shift Schedule:
(7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm)
The role is focused on the Group's governance framework for FinCrime Function underpinning AML system data lineage, data reconciliation with source systems assessing Data quality.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role you will ideally bring the following:
Certifications (if required) - NA
Essential skills
Experience (13 + years) within Data or Reporting domain in Banking.
Having minimum 7+ years strong hands-on experience of handling ANZ source systems data and fair understanding of ANZ source systems
Sound working knowledge with SQL, SAS or R tools
Sound knowledge on Data Quality process
Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to communicate, collaborate, support and coach individuals of multiple disciplines.
Experience working with large diverse teams. Strong focus on quality control and attention to detail.

Good to have Skills
knowledge with R, RShiny, SAS
Exposure to other visualisation tools like Qlik or tableau.
Create and Modify High/Low design Document.
Knowledge of AML, Sanctions domains.
